Rates & Conditions
Reserve Kanu with a 20% deposit to secure your dates; the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. A four-night minimum stay applies year-round; holiday season bookings (Dec 20–Jan 5) require seven nights and incur a 15% surcharge. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.
Our all-inclusive rates cover: all meals; local beer & spirits (premium alcohol at extra charge); speedboat transfers; non-motorized water sports; guided snorkeling & fishing; up to four daily massages; personal chef, concierge & housekeeping; and Wi-Fi. Exclusions include staff gratuities, extra boat transfers, premium excursions and travel insurance.
Cancellations more than 120 days before arrival are refundable, cancellations between 120 and 90 days are subject to a 20% fee; cancellations within 120 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Maximum occupancy: 10 adults and 10 children. Additional guests incur a nightly fee of $250 per adult and $140 per child.
